The Rockaway Theatre Company announces auditions for :
You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown (Revised 1999.)
Performance Dates will be October  14, 15, 16, 21, 22 +23, 2011.  (Double performances on Saturdays)

Susan Corning and Frank Caiati- Directors

Chazmond Peacock-Asst. Director
Catherine Leib- Choreographer

All auditonees must be over 18. Actors must be young-looking adults who can embody childlike characters. 
Seeking to cast the following roles: 

Charlie Brown		(Tenor) The main character; a lovable guy, dominated by insecurities (prepare: "The Kite")
Snoopy		(Multiple Ranges) Charlie Brown's lovable dog (prepare: "Suppertime")
Linus		(Baritone) Charlie Brown's blanket-toting best friend; Sally's love interest (prepare: "My Blanket and Me.")
Lucy		(Mezzo. Sop./Belt) Linus' older sister; a bossy, crabby girl (prepare: "Little Known Facts")
Schroeder		(Bari/Tenor) The piano player, Lucy's love interest; admirer of Beethoven (prepare: "Beethoven Day")
Sally		(Soprano) Charlie Brown's younger sister who has a crush on Linus (prepare: "My New Philosophy.")

Auditions will be held at the Post Theater in Ft. Tilden, Breezy Pt., NY on July 18, 7pm-10pm and July 23, 10am-2pm. Sides will be provided. Interested parties must report to one of these two audition calls.  Please bring headshot and resume.
Individual appointments cannot be arranged. Online or mail submissions will not be accepted.
